El Athl\u00e9tic Club hizo todo lo humanamente posible para vencer.<\/p>\n

El Betis,\u00a0 por su parte,\u00a0 por no ser vencido.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Y conste que por las circunstancias en que se desarroll\u00f3 la lucha,\u00a0 se demostr\u00f3 una vez m\u00e1s de manera categ\u00f3rica la excelente clase del tr\u00edo defensivo verdiblanco.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Independientemente,\u00a0 de que el Athl\u00e9tic adem\u00e1s de actuar con enorme entusiasmo,\u00a0 lo hizo bien y como consecuencia la porter\u00eda b\u00e9tica estuvo muy acosada,\u00a0 ocurri\u00f3 un hecho que a otro equipo que no hubiera sido el Betis con la gran moral de que dispone en estos momentos lo habr\u00eda afectado.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cuando iban 17 minutos de juego,\u00a0 a consecuencia de un encontronazo,\u00a0 se retir\u00f3 lesionado el b\u00e9tico \u00abSaro\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0 Ya no reapareci\u00f3 y su equipo qued\u00f3 con 10 jugadores.\u00a0\u00a0 Pero no se desanim\u00f3 por eso en un solo instante.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En el primer tiempo domin\u00f3 mucho el Athl\u00e9tic,\u00a0 aunque sin llegar al embotellamiento.<\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 en el Betis Balompi\u00e9 el tr\u00edo defensivo,\u00a0 <\/strong>y por parte de los bilba\u00ednos Cilaurren,\u00a0 Bata e Iraragorri.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s del descanso,\u00a0 el Athl\u00e9tic Club jug\u00f3 menos bien,\u00a0 pero con m\u00e1s coraje y como consecuencia,\u00a0 aunque el partido perdiera en la belleza de las jugadas,\u00a0 gan\u00f3 en emotividad.<\/p>\n

Fue tanta la presi\u00f3n de los bilba\u00ednos que el Betis tan s\u00f3lo lleg\u00f3 a atacar en seis ocasiones,\u00a0 pero a\u00fan en ellas logr\u00f3 un tanto,\u00a0 que el \u00e1rbitro anul\u00f3 en justicia por estar dos jugadores en claro \u00aboff-side\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La lucha entr\u00f3 en algunas fases de gran violencia y resultaron tocados \u00abBata\u00bb y Lecue.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n
